Our Manufacturing Facility is based within our extensive Head Office complex at Flimby and we are renowned for our use of the very latest manufacturing processes, our integrated supply chains and our strong environmental credentials.

There is some standardisation across varying industry sectors using the below components. However, guidance will be given at quotation stage and designs and technical drawings will be produced for all bespoke requirements.

Whether metal web or timber i-joists, engineered timber joists have a number of advantages over traditional solid timber floor joists. This includes increased length/span, better dimensional stability and improved installation/routing of services.
Prefabricated panels to speed up the installation of roof and floors, giving increased Health & Safety.
Although included in our timber frame kits, these pre-clad timber panels to form gables and party walls can also be used to speed up the installation of roofs on traditional brick/block buildings.
From self-builds to multi plot sites, apartments and commercial buildings, all manufactured offsite to give faster build times, associated cost savings and improved energy efficiency, with options for open kit or pre-insulated panels.
At Thomas Armstrong (Timber) Ltd we have been designing, manufacturing and supplying wooden pallets and packing crates for over 50 years. Our purpose built semi-automated production facilities allow us to produce high volumes ensuring very short notice deliveries. To compliment the high production rates we also have extensive storage space that allows stock holding for our clients who regularly call off same day deliveries.

On site kiln facilities allow us to produce fully stamped and certificated heat treated packaging/pallets that meet the requirements of ISPM15.
