In 1964, the company underwent a reorganisation following its continued expansion. Here Thomas Armstrong Limited become a holding company where it is still known today as Thomas Armstrong (Holdings) Ltd

and subsidiary companies were formed to clearly identify its diverse range of materials, products and services which are openly offered to our clients who range from individuals, self-builders and small individual organisations, through to large multi-national companies, local authorities, and housing associations.

Over recent decades, The Thomas Armstrong Group continues to grow and strengthen its position even through challenging times with the acquisitions of various companies and multi-million-pound investments which enable The Group to extend its geographical operations.
