Thomas Armstrong Visit School to Talk about Building Site Safety

Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Limited visiting Brunswick School, Penrith, to talk to the children as part of a 'safety on site' assembly.

This visit was in a join venture with Eden Housing Association where they talked about the rules, safety and dangers on a building site, including a visit from the loadall machine. Everyone involved had an enjoyable morning.

Macmillan Cancer Coffee Morning Success

Thomas Armstrong Group took part in this year's MacMillan Cancer Coffee Morning.

We would like to thank all of our employees who came and supported the Thomas Armstrong “Bake Off” and Coffee Morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer on Friday 27 September.

Well done to Rebecca Strong from our IT Department who came first in the ‘Bake Off Competition’ with her fabulous Thomas Armstrong Cake Truck – and to David Atkinson who judged the competition and had to eat all that cake !!!!

We are proud to announce that together we were able to raise £365.00

The Company has supported this worthwhile charity and made up the money to donate a total of £500.00

Golfers Enjoyed Playing "A Round"

Congratulations to our very own Ian Morrison and David Lake (Aggregates) who supported St. Mary’s Hospice Charity Golf Day at Windermere Golf Club on Friday 06 September 2019.

The team came away with 4th prize overall, and David Lake won “nearest to the pin” on 8th hole.

The event raised over £12,200 for St. Mary’s Hospice.

Well done gents, you make us proud.
